23/01972/VAR – 9 Hedingham Road, Halstead, Essex – Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of approved application 20/002191/HH granted 13.04.2021 for: Erection of a garage and boundary wall. – Variation would allow:-the boundary wall design to have a brick base and piers with close board fencing.
23/01645/FUL – 12 High Street, Halstead, Essex – Proposed Change of Use from Class E (Offices) to Sui-Generis (Wine Bar).
23/00570/FUL (Re-Consultation) – Richard De Clare Primary School, Halstead – Provision of single-storey building to west of main school building to provide 4No. Key Stage 1 classrooms with stores, sink area, WC areas and a covered external teaching area. Addition of covered link to provide access between the existing and new building.

23/02235/S106A Plc Hunwick Ltd, Kings Road, Halstead – Application made under Section 106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992 (as amended) -Application to modify details in relation to Affordable Housing to allow for a commuted sum in lieu of on-site provision required under S106 Legal Agreement relating to 19/02304/OUT.
