Halstead Town Council, today, received an email regarding the new development being built on land South of Halstead, going towards Braintree.
It summarised a letter sent to residents in the immediate vicinity of the development, outlining;
• A final masterplan and confirmed housing mix
• Dates for when work is scheduled to begin
• Proposed working hours
• Information about their dedicated Community Liaison Service
o Website containing a detailed FAQ section
o Email address and freephone for resident enquiries
