HealthWatch Essex are running their Winter 2025 Braintree District Slipper Swap, on Friday 7th of November at the Queen’s Hall, from 12:30pm until 1:30pm.
Whilst the name “swap” might indicate that old slippers need to be brought in, this is not the case, they will still provide a pair of brand-new slippers, for free, to the most vulnerable in our communities, particularly those most at risk of slips, trips and falls.
A fantastic initiative that should definitely be taken advantage of.
