At the meeting of Halstead Town Council on Monday 13 July, it was agreed to open both Queens Hall for bookings where users can operate within government guidelines, and the Council offices. The public will be able to come to the offices to make requests, but will not be allowed to enter the offices. They are asked to use the hand sanitiser available in both Hall and at the office entrance.
