Konectbuses Customer Service team have given us the following update ahead of the planned closure of Mount Hill over the coming weeks;
All journeys on services 42 & 60 will operate from Halstead High Street, via Chapel Hill, White Ash Green & Gosfield to then rejoin the A131 and consequently will not be able to serve stops between Halstead, Monklands Court & High Garrett Crematorium (inclusive), including the White Horse Avenue/Conies Road area. Services due to call to/from Hedingham School will additionally serve Butler Road car park – no other service 42/60 journeys will do so.
Services 88/88A/88B, 89 & 814 will all terminate and restart from the Butler Road car park, and will consequently not be able to serve Mount Hill or the White Horse Avenue/Conies Road area. All services will leave the Butler Road car park no earlier than 3 minutes before their timetabled arrival time at Halstead High Street.
Bus tracking and live departures will continue to be available on the Konectbuses App, we would recommend planning travel ahead of time in the app to work around this disruption.
