24/134 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Cllrs Pell and MacAndrews sent apologies for personal reasons.
Cllr Munday proposed, seconded by Cllr Fincken, acceptance of the apologies. This was unanimously agreed.

There were no Public Questions
24/137 EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS
To give consideration to adopting the following resolution: – “That in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted and pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2)-of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended, the public and the press be temporarily excluded from the meeting”.
Cllr Fincken proposed, seconded by Cllr Bond, that the public and press be excluded from the meeting. This was unanimously agreed.
