Members of the Council are requested to attend the above Meeting to transact the following business: –
1. Apologies for Absence and acceptance of those apologies
2. Declarations of Interests. To declare any ‘pecuniary, non-pecuniary or other pecuniary’’ interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting.
3. a) Public Question Time. A maximum period of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or to make statements, and for Councillors with ‘pecuniary, non-pecuniary or other pecuniary’ interests under the code of conduct for Members to make statements.
4. Minutes. To approve the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 16th April 2018.

18/00574/FUL – Land Adjacent 85 Colchester Road, Halstead, Essex – Erection of 4 no. dwellings and associated works – amendment to Terrace A following grant of planning permission reference no. 17/00638/FUL.
18/00643/FUL & 18/00644/LBC – Windmill House, Mill chase, Halstead – Add in wooden picket fence between existing fenceposts and in front of growing hedge, add a section of railings to form a courtyard area between the windmilll base and the house, and pave the section of courtyard to create a seating area.
