018. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
There were no apologies for absence
019. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To declare any ‘personal’ or ‘personal and prejudicial’ interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 7 to 11 inclusive or Part 2 of the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting
Cllr Radley and Cllr Gronland declared an interest in Item 8 and stated that they would leave the meeting at that item
020. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME – there were no public questions.
021. It was noted that meetings of the Staff Advisory Committee for the forthcoming year should be on Tuesdays 1/12/2020, 2/3/21, 4/5/21 and 7/9/21. There was already a meeting planned for 8/9/20. It was agreed that these meetings would start at 15.00
022. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS
The following resolution was proposed by Cllr Pell and seconded by Cllr Gronland, and unanimously agreed.
RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2) of the Admission to Meetings Act 1960, in view of the next items to be conducted, the press and public to be excluded from the meeting.
