25/10 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Cllr Smith sent apologies due to work commitments.
Cllr Fincken proposed, seconded by Cllr Munday, that the apologies be accepted. This was unanimously agreed
25/11 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To declare any ‘personal’ or ‘personal and prejudicial’ interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 7 to 11 inclusive or Part 2 of the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting

There were no public questions.
EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS
RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2) of the Admission to Meetings Act 1960, in view of the next items to be conducted, the press and public to be excluded from the meeting.
Cllr Fincken proposed, seconded by Cllr Munday that the press and public be excluded. This was unanimously agreed.
25/13 A staff review was carried out, and an assessment of Halstead Town Council’s position as an LC2 or LC3 council.
