The Council will hold a one minute silence in memory of former Halstead |Mayor, and town and district councillor, Michael Gage, who died recently.

The use of the site hereby permitted shall not be open to customers and no deliveries shall be made outside the hours of 08.00 – 22.00 Monday to Saturday including Bank and Public Holidays, and 10.00 – 16.00 on Sunday. 19. Exclusion of Public and Press.
To give consideration to adopting the following resolution: – “That in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted and pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2)-of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended, the public and the press be temporarily excluded from the meeting”.
