2.  Declarations of Interests.
To declare any “pecuniary, non-pecuniary or other pecuniary’’ interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting 

3.  Public Question Time

A maximum period of 10 minutes to allow written questions and statements to be read out and for statements from Councillors with ‘pecuniary, non-pecuniary or other pecuniary’ interests under the code of conduct for Members to make statements.

23/01366/ELD – Hornbeam House, Brook Farm Close, Halstead, CO9 2ST – Changes to driveway material and erection of fencing

23/01279/FUL – The Griffin, Parsonage Street, Halstead – The restoration and conversion of the Griffin Public House to create a single residential dwelling, including the demolition of the single storey later addition to the front and side of the property and the erection of 3 bedroomed dwelling with associated operational development and landscaping works.

23/01389/FUL – Wade International Ltd, Third Avenue, Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Halstead, Essex – Erection of storage warehouse and provision of a new car park area.

 23/01374/HH – 21 Highbury terrace, Halstead, Essex – Single storey rear extension

23/01332/HH – 5 Ashlong Grove, Halstead, Essex – Proposed front porch and dropped kerb

23/01436/HH – 6 Portway Court, Halstead, Essex – Single storey front and rear extension. Formation of pitched roof over existing garage

To give consideration to adopting the following resolution: – “That in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted and pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2)-of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended, the public and the press be temporarily excluded from the meeting”.
