281. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE received from Cllrs Hume and Atkinson as unwell , and Cllrs Smith and Munday as they were working. . Cllr Radley proposed acceptance of the apologies, seconded by Cllr Claydon and unanimously agreed.
282. MINUTES Cllr Radley proposed acceptance of the Minutes of 15 April 2019, seconded by Cllr Gronland and unanimously agreed.
283. HALSTEAD TOWN COUNCIL’S REPORT. Halstead Mayor, Cllr Mick Radley, gave the annual Town Council report. Chairmans report attached here.

Cllr Pell gave a report on her duties at District Council. Cllr Mrs J Pell’s report attached here

285. COUNTY COUNCILLOR’S REPORT
Cllr Beavis sent her County Councillor’s report. Cllr J Beavis’s report attached here
286. POLICE REPORT. Mayor Cllr Radley announced that no Police were present at the meeting as the Police do not have enough staff to attend Parish and Town Council Meetings.
287. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME. There were no questions from public.
