  1. Election of Chairman/Mayor

    To elect the Chairman/Mayor of the Town Council for the ensuing year.

    Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairperson.

  1. Apologies for Absence
  1. Minutes . To approve the minutes of the Extraordinary Council meeting held on 25th April 2017, and the Council meeting held on 15th May 2017
  1. Election of Vice Chairman

To elect the Vice Chairman of the Town Council for the ensuing year.

Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
