Greenway North Essex
The proposal is for a fully metalled alternative transport link between Halstead and Kelvedon taking in Earls Colne and Coggeshall.
The pathway will be for pedestrians, cycles and mobility scooters.
This will reduce car journey’s reduce emissions and help preserve our local environment.
The new routes will be known as The Greenway
