To elect the Vice Chairman of the Town Council for the ensuing year.

4. To consider using the General Power of Competence
It is proposed that HTC re-approves the use of the General Power of Competence for the year 25/26 to replace the powers used under S137, as it meets the criteria of having more than 2 thirds of elected councillors, and a qualified clerk.
5. Election of SAC Committee(6), lead and deputy lead members for Finance and Planning.
6. Selection of members of CSG User Advisory Group
7. Appointment of member to BALC, Halstead Needy Sick & Edith Rachel Sudbury Fund, Empire Theatre, Public transport representative and Events group, due to resignation.
