Halstead in Bloom has just completed their Grow your Own Virtual Allotment on the grass bank outside Halstead Hospital. Everything in the Allotment is made from recyclable materials which the group have collected and crafted, complete with their own colourful Scarecrow. Why not take the children for a walk up to Hedingham Road to have a look and enter the children’s ‘Name our Scarecrow’ competition
